Buying
Why should I buy from your website instead of eBay?
Every item on our website is priced below our eBay listing price. We pass our savings from lower marketplace fees directly to you. You also get the same careful packaging, fast shipping, and customer service. Plus, orders over $200 ship free.
Are these the same items as your eBay store?
Yes, our website inventory is synced directly from our eBay store (ehacollectibles). When you purchase an item here, the eBay listing is automatically ended to prevent double-selling.
Can I make an offer on an item?
Yes! Items over $1,000 have a "Make an Offer" button on their detail page. Submit your offer and we will respond via email, usually within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Authentication
What is PSA / JSA / Beckett authentication?
PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator), JSA (James Spence Authentication), and Beckett are the three major third-party authentication services for autographed sports memorabilia. They verify that autographs are genuine by comparing them against known exemplars. Each authenticated item comes with a certificate of authenticity (COA) or a sticker with a unique certification number.
How do I verify an authentication certificate?
Each authentication service has an online verification tool. For PSA, visit psacard.com/cert. For JSA, visit spenceLOA.com/verify. For Beckett, visit beckett-authentication.com/services/authenticate. Enter the certificate number from your item to verify its authenticity.
Are all your items authenticated?
Most of our autographed items come with third-party authentication from PSA, JSA, or Beckett. Check the item listing for specific authentication details. Non-autographed items like Mitchell & Ness jerseys or commemorative baseballs do not require authentication.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat $6 for the first item, plus $2 for each additional item. Orders over $200 ship free. All items are shipped insured via USPS.
How are items packaged?
We take packaging seriously. Baseballs ship in protective 4x4x4 boxes with secure padding. All items are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure safe delivery. We have shipped thousands of items with an excellent track record.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. USPS delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States. We may expand to international shipping in the future.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a fair resolution.
What if my item arrives damaged?
All shipments are insured. If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will file an insurance claim and work with you on a replacement or refund.

Where do you source your items?
We source from reputable auction houses including Heritage Auctions, Goldin, Grey Flannel, and others. We also acquire items from private collections and estate sales.
