The BAMBINO! An extremely early single signed ball, with provenance to when and where it was signed! From October 26th 1922, when the Babe visited Fort Scott, Kansas for a barnstorming tour stop where he hit a home run and pitched. Included with the ball is an article about the 1922 tour that presumed he might be washed up and a bust, as well as a page of an article detailing the stop in Kansas. He pitched and played for the local team, who won the game.
Signed on an official National League Spalding baseball, The ball does show some age and signs of use likely from that game.
